I ran into an issue with a shopping trolley and reached out to the company. I shared a few pictures and detailed the issue. Maddie got back to me via email and set up a replacement trolley to be sent out. I’d totally suggest this company for any travel or shopping trolleys. Top-notch service!

I got the 5CITIES cabin bag (Black & White Polka Dot Design) measuring 55x35x20cm for a trip I got coming up with RyanAir.

This product is fantastic! It's lightweight, durable, and has plenty of room, perfect for my five-night getaway.

"Damaged material..."
When I opened the first of the two bags meant for cabin luggage, I was shocked to see that the back material was cut all the way through to the black plastic. Since I was flying in just two days, I had to do a quick fix on the seam as best as I could. The clear plastic bag it arrived in was also cut, likely from someone using a Stanley knife to open the shipment box it came in to PD, with my bag being the one on top.
